Heidi Tremaine-20...Personal Statement
"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." These are the words that help me wake up in the morning, work harder in practice, and try to take my game to the next level each and every day. I have always been one to push myself to the limit in order to improve in all aspects of life. Since fifth grade, I knew that I not only wanted to play a sport in college, but rather, I needed to. It would be the culmination of everything I have worked for since I began playing sports when I was 4. I currently play soccer, basketball, softball, tennis, and lacrosse, and I am also involved in an off-road mountain bike series. After college, I not only want to teach, but I would like to coach so that I can share the knowledge I have gained through my numerous years on the field and court.
