Katie Avena '20 Recruiting Profile

I have what it takes to become a college athlete. Through all the ups and downs, wins and losses, I continue to do my best to excel in everything I do. Lacrosse is my passion, and I am going to be 100% committed to face any challenges that come my way during the recruiting process. My coaches tell me that I always try my best and that I am a team player. I’m sure that I am going to be the hardest working person on and off the field and will push my teammates to become better players as well. I will also accept the challenge of achieving my academic goals for my future while playing lacrosse in college. I hope that college coaches see in me what I see in myself and what I have to offer.  I’m excited to see where my hard work and perseverance takes me.
