Having been a high-level soccer player until the Spring of my freshman year, I am relatively new to lacrosse. But I know the amount of work needed to excel, and I am willing to put in that work. I get to practice early and I am the last one to leave. The hard work has definitely paid off: I have been named a captain of my high school varsity team, named team MVP twice, and received All-Conference recognition (First Team - Junior, Honorable Mention - Sophomore). I am coach-able, I can and have played every position (except goalie), and my goal is to always do whatever is needed for my team to win.
I am open to and willing to consider any school, but I think I would benefit from one with an enrollment of about 5,000 students. I intend to major in Biology or Chemistry (or Pre-Med if the school offers it) and to pursue an advanced degree in the medical field after I receive my undergraduate degree. For this reason, a school that is at least somewhat selective in who it accepts is preferable.
