Hi coaches,
My name is Elyse Strebel and I have been playing sports all my life. I started playing soccer when I was seven and played competitively for four years. Then in middle school I picked up basketball and volleyball, I played club for both. When I got into high school I played volleyball and basketball, but when spring came around I got asked to play for our school lacrosse team and I hadn't even heard of the sport before. I went to the first practice and picked it up pretty fast, I ended up falling in love with it and have been playing ever since. I started playing midfield but later I moved to defense/attack. I am willing to play any position, I will give you my best effort. I am a strong player and I'm not scared to get down and dirty with the ball. I am very easy-going, meaning I get along with everyone and I am a team player. Along with going to school, playing sports all seasons, and having a job I was able to maintain a 3.3 GPA. Lacrosse has won my heart over and I would love to continue in college.
