In college, I hope to be able to meet life-long friends and build relationships that will last a lifetime. I also hope to succeed in school and keep my GPA above a 3.5 throughout my college career. The size of the school doesn't matter to me as I went to a small elementary school but a big high school and enjoyed both. I am interested in moving away from the Midwest, but the Midwest is definitely not out of the option. I am interested in studying Mass Communications and hopefully branching off into Journalism as I enjoy to write. In a school, I look for people who are "go-getters". Also, an active campus would be nice as I am an athlete. I started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade, starting with the boys. 6 years later and I made the decision to switch to girls. Although I miss some aspects of the boys game, playing girls lacrosse has allowed me to meet life-long friends. In athletics, I have received numerous awards. Beginning in my 8th grade season I received the "rookie of the year" and "defensive player of the year" award. In my 9th and 10th grade season, I also received 'defensive player of the year". In 10th grade, I was named all-conference honorable mention and captain for the 2017 season. I love to talk and get to know people which has helped me connect with my teachers. I also push myself to be the very best I can be, never give up and work hard every day during school.
