Personal Statement
I’ve been playing lacrosse since I was four, my heart is in the game and so is my head. I play girls field for the CT Dodgers and girls box lacrosse for the Brampton Excelsiors. Lacrosse is a passion and I’m dedicated and ready to take it to the next level and hopefully play in University. I'm a coachable athlete, you say something and I'll practice it and understand it until I can get it perfect the next time. My school does not have a girl's team but does have a boys team so I took the initiative this year to learn about boys field and put my box skills to the test and helped coach the boys varsity team. To ensure that they took me seriously I organized and participated in all drills to showcase my skills with a boys stick, I put my money where my mouth was. I’m proud to say that for the first time our team made it to OFFSA, the provincial tournament. I’m extremely approachable and I put everyone at ease as I think that I am super fun and bubbly and everyone knows that us Canadian’s are super polite!
