Going from an L3 midfielder to a varsity goalie in one night only four weeks into my first year playing lacrosse was exciting and scary all at once. Nevertheless, I found a hidden love for guarding the goal and have worked to do that ever since. I constantly find new things to love about being a goalie and the idea of being able to play in college is especially one of them.
In my college career, I am not only looking for a chance to demonstrate my athletic abilities and utilize them on a team, but also to graduate with a meaningful degree that I can use after college. I believe I can bring leadership, skill, and responsibility into any environment in not only my athletics but academics as well. My calm and collected attitude and quick hand movements will prove to be helpful on and off the field, along with my team working skills and outgoing character. I look forward to playing on any team and challenging myself in every way to benefit them and myself.
