July 2013Personal Statement
I have grown up strongly believing that I am here to serve others as well and as often as I can. Since elementary school, I have served through countless organizations helping people (Impact edventures, Praying Hands Ranch, Christ's Body Ministries,Operation Christmas Child to name just a few). I enjoy being able to bring a smile to someone's face through service and by opening a gate that helps them achieve their best and bettering their lives. A dream that I have is to be immersed in a third world country, standing up for people's rights and taking care of them. I cannot imagine a life without service. This has lead me to dreaming of living with needy people sometime when I am older making a profound difference in their lives. I have already lived for a month and a half in Uganda, Africa serving people through teaching 5th grade . Through that internship with Impact EdVentures I found that my ability to connect and love others and help them is where my heart is. I am continuing my involvement with Impact Edventures by designing their website and creating all the graphics for their fundraising events.. Not only this, I aspire to be an athletically inclined person after college through coaching with FCA or working with teens in need of not only lacrosse (or equistrain) skills but a loving heart to guide them to a better future.

- All Out played in two tournaments. The first was the Denver Shootout and the second was the Western Cup.

- I played with Regis Jesuits High School team. Regis is a very well trained lacrosse program and playing with these girls pushed me to play the best potential that I had. I saw a difference and that season, we were first with the entire league.

Are you in honor classes?
Yes. My honors class is not designated as one, but it is called Advanced Ethics in which I receive college credit for. I have placed the explanation in my AP Class details as it is worth college credit. Most of my other classes are also honors.Are you in AP/IB classes?
Yes. The AP classes I am taking are based off of actual college courses. The teachers are aware of the how the classroom setting will be in college and prepare students for it. While these are rigoruous and challenging, these classes are truly part of a college experience that I enjoy in highschool. I feel prepared to tackle on college courses because of these classes. I have taken on AP Language (English)(Score:4), AP U.S. Government and Politics (Score:3), AP Pre-Calc (this summer) and plan on taking more my senior year. Those classes are listed as AP Literature and Composition, AP Statistics, and AP Anatomy and Physiology.Registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center?
