I am in the 2018 high school graduating class with a 3.3 GPA and am currently enrolled in medical classes through Baker College. Though I haven't decided on a specific major yet, my goal is to obtain a degree in the medical field.
Throughout my hockey career, I have played both forward and defense and excel as an aggressive offensive player. I feel my ability to be a flexible player is not only fun and keeps things interesting, but helps my coach and team as a whole fill gaps in ice coverage. I like to focus on not just making myself a better athlete, but those around me by competing as hard as I can. This attitude seems to be helping my teammates excel in their games, as well.
Along with hockey, I have been on the Varsity Track team for my high school since my Freshman year. My events have been mainly pole vaulting, hurdles and long jump. I am a determined student and athlete and am committed to doing my very best in whatever I am involved in, whether it's on the ice, in track and field or in the class room. I know my determination would make me a valuable asset to you and your program.
