My name is Aimee Gerschke and I am going to be a senior at St. Thomas More High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During my first three years of high school, I have learned to manage playing golf, basketball, and softball, while maintaining a GPA of 4.56. I have played all three sports at the varsity level since freshman year. I have grown up playing basketball and softball since I was in grade school, and have been playing these two sports for many years. As for golf, I am still new to the game. I started playing golf the summer going into my freshman year and realized that this was one sport that I could succeed in. However, for this to happen I would have to put forth accelerated effort which was something I was willing to do. This is my fourth year playing competitive golf. throughout these years I have developed a love for the game and would like to continue playing at the collegiate level after high school. I am friendly, outgoing, very coachable, hardworking, and determined, open to taking any opportunity to improve my game. I know that playing sports and handling academics can be challenging. However, I believe I have excellent time management skills and am ready to take on the challenge to balance both school and golf.
