I have been playing golf since I was 11 years old. Along with golf, I have played lacrosse and also basketball at the high school level. In high school athletics, I have been recognized as a strong leader, good teammate, and someone who loves to compete.
My competitive spirit and passion for golf have grown over the past year, resulting in my decision to forgo other high school sports and focus strictly on golf. My sights are set on playing golf at the collegiate level and I know that my work ethic and love of the game will get me there. While playing golf, I have learned that I don’t like to lose and I possess the discipline, perseverance and positive attitude necessary to succeed.
I am good student and work very hard academically. I am very organized and have attention to detail which I feel helps me with golf. Outside the classroom I volunteer coaching youth sports and participate in charitable fundraisers.
I am looking forward to any opportunities which will enable me to play collegiate golf.
