I am good at being a leader and good with my teammates, although I am not as good as top 5, I know how to get there. I am very smart and very determined, I know when and how to get things done, I try to keep my grades up and I study my bum off. I'm a good candidate because I am willing to work hard to get to where I need to be, to get to my full potential, which I believe I have not reached yet, there is always a start for everybody.
