My name is Lauren Bentley. I am 17 years old, and I am a junior year at Clear Creek High School. My goal is to play golf in college for a school that values academics as much as athletics. I want to go to a school that also values my faith as much as I do. I want to be an important part of the team where ever I go. I plan to be a leader, hard worker, and a bubbly player on the roster. I believe in being diverse. I am involved in karate. My goal is to receive my black belt by the end of 2015. I commit 110% to everything I do, no exceptions. I am a dedicated student. I am a second time Superintendent Scholar and I am in the National Honor Society. I am treasurer of the National Honor Society. I am also a part of the National Society for High School Scholars. I am a Captain for the golf team. I volunteer every week. I believe community service is important in developing character and giving back to a community that has already given so much to me.

- ActivitiesI received my Black Belt in American Karate on December 13th, 2015. I am a Girl Talk leader. In this program I mentor girls ages 9-14 to help them build self- confidence, leadership skills, and self- respect. I am also an active member of my church youth group. I am a PAL, which stands for Peer Assistant Leadership. We mentor children in elementary, middle, and high school.
