Amy McCarley '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Amy McCarley.  I didn't start out playing golf as a little kid, but I decided to give the sport a try when I entered high school.  I love it!  I found that I have a natural talent for the sport and really enjoy it.  

I am a sophomore now and play on the varsity team.  I joined First Tee and have a private coach who has helped me reach some of my goals.  I have worked hard at improving my scores.  My scores lately have been 99 - 103.  Of course my ultimate goal is to consistently hit below 80.

I love playing golf and enjoy the game very much.  I worked hard over the summer going to local tournaments and attending summer camps.  I make good grades in school and I am a responsible hard working student.
