My name is Hannah Jiao, and I am a varsity golfer at Coppell High School, graduating class of 2014.
Everyone knows the rigor of college golf and what it takes to get there...it's what you do and how you work at it that separates you from the rest. I fell in love with golf at age 8, and ever since then I wanted to experience everything that was attached to this game we call "golf". Hard work and dedication on and off the golf course is essential to the success of a college athlete, and I am willing to work for just that! Off the course, I want to major in some sort of science, more particularly biology, chemistry or nutrition science and become a dentist in the future. My dream schools include UT Austin, UCLA and Stanford. Schools I would definitely love to go to include Baylor University, Louisiana State University, and The University of Arkansas. In the end, the school I would commit to would be the university that would give me the best opportunity on and off the golf course, so my options are open!
College golf has been an aspiration and dream for me. As Herm Edwards once personally said to me...a dream without a plan, is a wish! Therefore, I ask that you help me achieve my dream and contribute to my plan to become a successful college athlete.
