My goals and aspirations are to become the best student-athlete and play an intricate role in a golf program, as well as succeeding in my educational endeavors. I am passionate about golf and always working to make my game more consistent. In doing so, I continually communicate with my First Tee Coach, Swing Coach and HS Team Coach to perfect techniques I've learned. Over the years, I have attended several summer golf camps, played in several high school tournaments, played on the Peggy Kirk Bell tour and the South Carolina Junior Golf Association, as well as numerous charity tournaments. While playing in the Annual Pinewood Golf Classic in 2013, I won the closet to the pin. I also won longest drive two consecutive years (2013;2014). While competing in Charlotte, North Carolina, I achieved a goal of a hole-in-one by utilizing an eight iron on a Par 3. I attended Furman University Golf Camp and was awarded the JT Golf Camp MVP Award in 2013. I also won the Charleston Junior Inter Club MVP award in 2009.. I was chosen to play on my high school varsity golf team in seventh grade. I excelled and became a leader for the girls golf team, winning numerous awards - 2010 the "Lowest Round of The Year for a Rookie"; 2012 "Most Birdies"; 2013 "Most Consistent" in scoring averaging a score of 42; 2014 "MVP"; Helped my high school team to win 4 State Championships (2010, 2011, 2012, & 2013). I also two South Carolina High School Sports Report "All-State" awards (2013 & 2014). In 2014-2015 my High School Coach selected me to be on the varsity boys golf team, starting third in the top five. I am a well-versed student-athlete and maintain a grade point average of a "B or better". I am a team player, a leader and enjoy comradery/ helping others. I would be an asset to any golf program because I am dedicated, determined, diligent, hard working and always willing to lead by example.
As part of my community service, I am assisting with the LPGA Girls Golf. Some of my responsibilities is to teach the basic skills of golf to young girls.
