June 2012Personal Statement
I am a dedicated athlete that is always striving to improve. I've been playing golf
since I was nine, and have been playing competitively for 3 years. My sophomore
year I started varsity as the number four scorer. Our team made school history
winning WPIAL, Regionals, and took home the runner-up position for the state of
Pennsylvania. During the summer of 2011 I enjoyed several great
accomplishments. I had the opportunity to represent Pennsylvania on the PA
BiStates team. I also won the WPWGA junior golf low net championship. My junior
year I qualified for Individual WPIAL Finals. I was later announced Captain for
our 2012-2013 season and to hold the school's number one scoring position for
girl's golf.
I am looking for a school where I can be a full time student-athlete. My dream
is to continue my golfing career while pursuing a business administration
major.
