In the past 3 years of high school, I have had my heart and soul set on working hard on and off the course so that I could play collegiate golf. I am hoping to go to a school that will push me to do my best, whether it's in the classroom or on the golf course. I would like to go attend a school that will help me prepare for my future and the career that I wish to obtain. I am a superior and determined leader. I will do whatever it takes to help a teammate out, help a friend with a problem or take charge to help in a project. I always try my best to be positive and keep others confident and assured with whatever it might be. I know I am a good canidate because I will do whatever it takes to improve myself, my game, and my academics. I know that if a fail today, there will be a tomorrow. Two words that I think decribe me and my game would be diligent and passionate. If I set my mind on something, I know that it will get done and be the best that it could be. If I had to hit 20 buckets of balls to fix something or putt until I had no more daylight, I would. To me, being passionate about something doesn't just mean that you love it; it means that you will do anything and everything possible to help or make it better. That is how I feel about this game we all love. I am currently in the top 10% in my class and intend on graduating with honors. I believe this is a huge accomplishment personally because I attend a 6A high school with so many unbelievably intelligent piers. I will continue playing in as many summer tournaments in New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona as possible and will be attending college golf camps throughout the summer.
