Hello, my name is Kristen Wolfe and I will be a senior at Powers Catholic High School in Flint, MI. This year will be my fourth year on the varsity golf team. Last year I earned 1st Team All-Conference & was named All-State in Division IV. I played basketball my freshman and sophomore years, but I decided to focus on golf in order to achieve my goal of playing college golf. My goal for the off season is to improve my game by practicing more and participating in golf tournaments over the summer. My goal for my senior season is to maintain my 4.15 GPA, have fun with my teammates, lead our team to first place in our conference, and win a state championship.

- MHSAA State Finals Division 4 at Forest Acres West - MSU E. Lansing, MI

- Kristen was very disappointed that her team did not qualify for the State Championship. She qualified as an individual & finshed 13th out of 90 golfers participating in the tournament. This event wrapped up the 2012 Girl's golf season. As a result of her success throughout the year, Kristed was selected to the the 2012 All-State Division 4 team.

- The Saginaw Valley Conference had 4-18 hole tournament to decide the conference championship. Kristen lead her team to a 3rd place finish. She was medalist in one of the events & finished 4th in 3 the three other conference tournaments. She had the 2nd best average & was named 1st Team All-Conference.

- Lober Classic Invitational at Grand Traverse Resort in Traverse City, MI
- 8/20/12 to 8/21/12
- The Lober Classic is a huge opening season girl's high school golf tourmament in Michigan. Thirty teams thought the state participated at two of the 18 hole golf courses at the Grand Traverse Resort. Kristen finished in 4th place individually each day, shooting an 86 on the Wolverine & 79 on Spruce Run. As a result of Kristen's performance, she was named to the All Tournament Team.

- Top 50 Junior Tour Event at Atlas Valley Country Club in Grand Blanc, MI
- 8/06/12 to 8/08/12
- Kristen finished 1st at this event shooting 84 the first day & then closing out the competition with a 74. The highlight of her round was a near hole in one on the elevated par 3, 10th hole. The ball end up pin high, inches from the hole.
