Jessica Thigpen '12 Recruiting Profile

Hey there. My name is Jessica Thigpen. I am currently a 4'11'' senior at Calvary Baptist Academy in Shreveport, LA. I recently became a representative for my school in the NSHSS (National Society of High School Scholars) for my work in academics and sports. My school offers three honors courses and I am enrolled in all three, which has allowed me to maintain a 4.1 GPA. I have been at Calvary since sixth grade which is when I started playing golf. I played with the boys until eighth grade when I was put on my schools varsity team. Every year I have gone to regionals and placed 3rd or 2nd in each one. I have also participated in all four state tournaments. I was eligible for and placed in the top ten in one of them. I am currently looking for a college that will allow me to continue playing golf and later on become a professional and also become a veterinarian. I am very hard working and will give 110% on anything and everything I do and I am also very fun to be around. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and considering me.
