My goals are to continue to play in progressively challenging golf tournaments, to compete against players at the highest level, and to strive to improve all aspects of my game. I aspire to play collegiate golf at a school that will also challenge me academically and athletically. I want to play on a team that will be my family away from home. I am a competitor but I like to have fun when I play. I spend many hours each day practicing and enjoy doing that. When I practice, I use a series of short game drills provided to me by college coaches that are improving my accuracy and consistency. I look forward to playing collegiate golf and to looking more closely at schools once my junior season is over.

I'm currently participating in the Titleist Performance Institute athletic assessment and training program. The targeted exercises are building strength in my upper body, core and legs. I definitely feel how it's working. I'm also studying to improve my ACT score. I got a 29 the first try and would like to improve that by at least two points. I just applied for National Honor Society and am really focused on my schoolwork during these cold months. I look forward to warm weather and talking to more coaches! I am confident that 2014 will be my year to shine.
