Hannah Pope '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Hannah Pope and I am 17 years old. I will be an upcoming senior in 2016. I am currently a member of the National Honor Society and Kappa Phi Beta (KPB). I enjoy being apart of these clubs because we help our community based organizations. I am also apart of my school's Varsity Competition/Football Cheerleading squad and our Varsity Girls Golf team. Both of these teams have taught me integrity and the value of teamwork. I work hard at improving myself each day ;in my athletics as well as academics. In school I work to maintain a good grade average because it is very important to me.

I began playing golf at the age of 6 and I have enjoyed it ever since. I take Golf serious and I know and follow each rule. I am a very competitive person and I hate to lose. Whenever I do not meet my expected score, it gives me a drive to work harder. I relate to professional golfer Bubba Watson because he has a passion for this game, and you can clearly see that Golf is not just a job for him, that he truly loves this game. I had the honor to play in my courses local Doc Ayers Tournament and have lunch with PGA Professional Golfer, Doug Sanders. I am looking forward to this upcoming golf season to improve my game.

I think I would be a great asset to your team because I am a competitive person, I strive to do well, and being honest is very important to me. My strongest attribute in golf is being able to carry my ball far. I am a easy person to get to know and I love to meet new people. At the moment I am considering studying Business.
