My name is Caroline Martin. I am in the class of 2018 at Jefferson High School in Jefferson, Georgia. I have been playing golf for over 4 years now. I started playing golf for fun with my dad but now, it is a daily routine for me to go out to the club that I am a member at and practice. I currently play on the AAJGT (Athens Area Junior Golf Tour) and have recently started playing on the HJGT (Hurricane Junior Golf Tour). Next year my focus will be on playing in HJGT and SJGT tournaments. I also plan to play in a few AJGA golf events in the near future.
My academic goal for high school is to keep my GPA above a 3.7 throughout my high school career. While in college, I would like to Major in Business and take classes that will challenge me. My extracurricular activities include YoungLife, Athens Church, and the Yearbook Staff at my high school.
Golf has taught me that in order to compete at the highest level, you have to be dedicated, have a good work ethic, and that you have to have patience.
