Monique peterson '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Monique Peterson. I attend Inderkum High School in Sacramento, Ca. I am currently a senior. Class of 2018! I have been playing golf for about 7 years and I want to take my golf game to the next level and play collegiate golf. My aspirations is to play college golf. Not only score better, but become a better mental player, meet new people, learn more about the game, and play on a competitive team. I am a hardworking, determined, motivating and a positive person both on and off the golf course. You will always receive 110% from me. Nothing less. To me, to do better and be better, it takes time and effort. Athletically, golf is a sport where you can have really good days or bad ones. It's all about learning and excelling from the good and bad rounds. I enjoy the morning practices and the constant golf. Academically, I have been taking honor classes since my freshman year. I ended my junior year with a 3.57 weighted GPA. Besides the books, I am in two clubs. Friday Night Live (FNL)  and Athletes committed. I am president of FNL. (2017-2018) I am also involved with my high school leadership class and Link Crew! Being apart of your school and being involved with activities is something I enjoy. I like being a leader. I hope I can bring that to the collegiate golf experience.
