Coaches,
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I have dreamed of playing college basketball ever since I can remember. I am very dedicated to the sport as well as the life lessons it has taught me. Basketball has been a major contributing factor in shaping me into the woman I am and will become in the future.
One of the attributes I can bring to your team is that I am a very serious competitor and a hard worker. I spend most of my free time in the school gym facilities and have recently completed a half court outline on my driveway. I am determined to be the best at every opportunity I am presented with.
Another positive factor I am willing to bring to your team is my dedication to school. I have great work ethics and time management skills; you will never have to worry about my grades at the collegiate level. I am a member of the National Honors Society. I have a 4.0 GPA and I am enrolled in Advancement Placement classes at my high school. I am also taking a college history class this year, and will have earned several college credits by the time I graduate in June of 2016.
At my high school, I am President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes organization, Vice President of the Student Council, Varsity Volleyball (sophomore and junior year) and Varsity cheerleader (sophomore and junior year). I am also very involved in my church and community. I am a member of our church mission team and enjoy the opportunities to help people. All of these events have helped me become a well rounded person, as well as providing me with leadership roles. These organizations have taught me many life lessons and I would not be the person I am today without their presence.
I am very outgoing and do not have any problems interacting with people I am not acquainted with. I am good with following directions and fulfilling any task presented to me to the best of my ability. I train three days a week with a personal trainer to improve my skills (strength and conditioning) as well as basketball fundamental skills.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to view my profile!
