Jordan Hertz '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jordan Hertz. I go to Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School and I will graduate in 2016. I am a honor student at Mechanicsburg and I am involved in Thon, Lift for Life, and National German Honor Society. My hard work and diligence carries over from the classroom and community to basketball. I am a three year starter at point guard for Mechanicsburg. Over those three seasons, our team has gone 62-15. My freshman year, we made it to the first round of playoffs but fell short in that game which ended our season. Last season as a sophomore, our team won the Mid-Penn Keystone Division, took 2nd in the Mid-Penn championship game, finished 6th in the District 3 tournament and went on to qualify for states, unfortunately losing in the second round. This season as a Junior, our team placed 2nd in the Mid-Penn Keystone Division, finished 5th in the District 3 tournament, and again qualified for states but lost in the second round.
