Hi, my name is Kaylee Stevens. I am a Junior at the Rejoice Christian High School, and this will be my second year there this year. This year will be my first year to start Varsity basketball since I had to sit out from transferring from Owasso High School my sophomore year. My goal this year is to lead my team as far as possible in the State, and try to win the Eagles their first State trophy before I graduate! The dream is to play Division 1 basketball when I graduate high school, but I'm going to keep my options open. I'd like to be close to home but if need to be I'll go farther to chase my dream of playing! I'm a great leader on and off the court, I encourage everyone to keep going and don't give up no matter how hard it is. One of my favorite parts of being Point Guard is being able to get everyone involved in the game and just being the one who makes all the decisions. Education wise, I haven't decided on what I want to be yet. I have a few ideas but still trying to figure out what I want to do, like a Vet, Radiologist, or Physical Therapy. But this year I'm going to work on more consistent 3s, quickness offensively and defensively, and more ball handling. And my ACT score will be higher, still studying.
