My name is Kelsey Viani-Wittwer, and I'm a sophomore from Mineral County High School. I'm 5' 8" and still growing. I'm approximately 155 pounds. I have enough speed to guard whomever i'm asked to. This year I made 1st team in my division, which is an improvement from winning 2nd team last year. I can play any position thrown at me, and I refuse to give in to any challenge. I believe there is no opponent I can't beat, as long as I put in the time. I'm willing to give up everything to play college ball, and I will do whatever it takes to reach that level. I have good leadership skills, and I help keep the team focused until the final buzzer sounds. I would love to attend any college in the U.S. I would play for any college willing to give me a chance, because basketball is my passion. It's all i can think or talk about. I will do whatever it takes to reach the next level; to fulfill my one dream! I have a 4.0 GPA, so I've never had to worry about elegibility. School comes first, but it runs a close tie with sports. I'm looking into physical therapy, teaching, or coaching. My goals for after high school are making a team, receiving some playing time, and while in the game play my given role with few mistakes. Basketball is my life. I dream about it nightly, think about it constantly, and I play as much as hamanly possible every day. When everything else seems to be gone, I know I'll still have basketball. Playing a college level is all I want. I'm willing to give my all and more every day; whatever it takes to play!
