Personal Statement

It is my biggest goal to get a full ride scholarship to my dream college. My main collegiate goal is to graduate with at least two degrees; Physical therapy and education. I would like to join as many campus clubs as I can and take full advantage of being a student athlete.  I've lived basketball since i was in fourth grade and it has given me great confidence in myself both as an athlete and a person.  Basketball has opened up opportunities that i would maybe not normally of had.  A major difference between myself and other players I will always look and go for any challenge thrown at me. My best ability is my availability to my team, being able to play any position on the court during the game at a high level. I know how to study film and prepare myself for my next opponent. I approach practice as if it was the game, take my shooting, footwork and film situations into practice so when the game arrives  it is easier to respond to what is thrown at me.  I enjoy being a mentor to my teammates and making everyone around me better.  One of my biggest individual accomplishments as a freshman was being awarded the best freshman of the year in the area. I am humbled by getting over 15 college forms sent to me, receiving invitations to showcase camps and combines before my freshman year. One of my biggest academic awards was earning the Principal's Honor Roll three times throughout middle school. I earned over 10 awards at 8th grade graduation.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
