Personal Statement

I'm looking forward to attending college to get a Bachelor's Degree in Education and possibly pursuing a graduate degree. I enjoy math and will look into this type of study in college. I have a strong desire to play competitive women's basketball at the collegiate level, being part of a strong team and working as hard as I can to help the team win.

One of my strong characteristics is being a team player, helping, supporting, and respecting my teammates. I have a strong work ethic in striving to be the best student athlete I possibly can.

If given the opportunity to play college women's basketball, I'm confident this will help me with my leadership & communication skills, and give me an advantage on starting my employment career after graduation.

Played Olivet on 2/24. Ranked #8 in Michigan Class B. Came off the bench and helped spark a run in the 2nd quarter that gave us a 15pt lead, which we beat them by 40pts. I scored 6 pts (1/2 from 3pt, 1/2 from field, 1/2 from FT. 2 rebounds, 2 steals, 3 assists.). Avg 3.4pts/game in the district - 3 games played.
