Rachael Hager '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Rachael Hager and I would like to share more about myself with you. Playing at the collegiate level is a goal of mine because of the love I have always had for basketball. I have been playing, watching, and talking about the sport constantly ever since I could walk. Challenging myself is something I do not only in school but in basketball. As a player, I believe in being humble and I put my team's success first, such as looking for an open player who has the best shot. I also pride myself in being coachable, hard-working, and eager to learn new skills. On and off the court I quickly forget about mistakes and move on, rather than getting distracted by them. I have focused on being a shooting guard, as well as being flexible in any position my team needed a player. On the court, as a shooting guard, I would describe myself as a strong, high IQ player with great court vision. I aspire to play basketball at the next level and further my academic success.
