Playing basketball is what I love to do. During my free time I’m always playing pickup games or out in the yard shooting some hoops. I have always wanted to play college ball but never thought I was good enough until I started playing more and realized I had the desire and ability to play in college. I am right-handed but can do many great things with my left hand such as: pass, lay-up, and shoot jump shots. I am a very well-rounded ball player. I can handle the ball really well and shoot great too, but I can also play the post position great as well. As I have played throughout my high school career, each year I have improved tremendously. In fact I believe my best basketball is ahead of me. I am always willing to learn and try new things and will work hard to exceed my expectations. This year I was named team captain and embraced the responsibility of leading my team. One thing I have learned from the PGC camp I went to was that “being comfortable is uncomfortable.”
