3. It is my dream to play college basketball at a four year institution where I plan to major in Sports Medicine or Athletic Training. I am a very dedicated athlete and believe that "you miss 100% of the shots you never take." With this said, I train hard and take every opportunity to continue to succeed within athletics. By attending camps, extra practices, and giving 110% every game, I have strived to make my best better. I believe I can be a dedicated member of a highly successful team who excels not only in sports and academics, but most importantly sportsmanship.
4. My number one choice would be the University of Iowa where I would like to major in Sports Medicine or Athletic Training. I am open to relocation however a four year college within the state of Iowa would be ideal. My second choice would be to join a college with a successful basketball team where I can continue my love for basketball and to major in Sports Medicine.
5. I am open to any schools, however Iowa is my number one choice. I would love to stay in the state but I am open to relocation in other states. However, I would like to attend a four year college with a Sports Medicine Program.
6. My family qualifies for Financial Aid through the FAFSA.
7. My desired major is Sports Medicine/ Athletic Training, although I am still looking at other options since I am only a Freshmen in High School.
8. My realistic athletic goal is to be a dedicated member of a team that is not only successful on the court but off the court as well. I believe that good sportsmanship is the number one quality in measuring the success of an athlete. I would like to play at the highest competitive level possible and continuously strive to work hard as a member of a team to make our best better.

The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
