Lauren Tanner '13 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'10'' junior and play many different positions on the basketball court. I am a shooting guard, small forward, and I am capable of playing point guard. I plan on extending my basketball career beyond the high school level. It has always been a goal and dream of mine to play basketball in college. My leadership and athletic abilities would impact your team positively. I have a personal drive not only in athletics, but in academics as well. I have earned a cummulative GPA of 10.382 on a 12 point scale. I was inducted into the National Honor Society as a sophomore. I want to pursue a school where I can balance athletics and academics. Financial aid is important to me when going throught the decision making process since I am one of five children. My older sister is already attending college, and I have three younger siblings at home. I plan to attend a college that has a good reputation in the nursing field, and where my athletic skills can impact the team immediately.
