Earlean Davis '17 Recruiting Profile

I consider my self more of a shooting guard. I am very hard to stop if you try to guard me up close. As soon as the ball touches my hand, I have the capability of passing or faking the shot and beating the defense off the dribble to either make the shot or contribute to an assist. I am very easy to coach. I never argue with the coaches, even if I disagree with their decision. I will work my hardest to do what they want me to do. As you know that can be difficult. I have never ran into anybody who trains as hard as I do, and who is as fast as I am. But also if their is somebody out there, I don't think they would be able to hold up to my endurance. I am looking for a college who is interested in a player who is willing to bust their butt and someone who can contribute to the team. I am not selfish with the ball. I am a relentless defensive player. I have the ability to shut down any point guard so that they cant help their team win. During my off seasons when I am not playing, I am training constantly. I run eleven and a half miles twice a week. Sometimes three. I hit the weight room, run a lot of hills, push vehicles, do football and boxing training to help better my footwork, and eat nothing but healthy food. I eat for the health, not the taste. I am a true believer of hardwork and dedication and I always leave room for improvement. I always have room for critics and suggestion, good or bad. I have also played against the guys. Some of them were college freshman players and other high school players. I am not interested in a social life. The only thing I am interested in is an education and basketball. I love playing basketball.
