Hi, my name is Haley Hutchinson, I am from Twin Falls, Idaho and played at Twin Falls High School for the Woman's Varsity Basketball team. I currently am a freshman at Pierce College, in Lakewood Washington and played for their program. I was a starter playing mostly power forward and center being the tallest on the team but hope to start playing more small forward at my next school. My main reason for leaving Pierce College is because I want to attend a school that I am constantly being challenge at and have coaches that will help me improve my game to the next level. Pierce College is a great school and has a great program, but to become the player I want to be I need to be in a program with great athletes and coaches all striving to be the best.
I am a great student and always try to keep my grades up! As a player I find my biggest strength being my jump shot. This season my field goal percentage is at 54%. I am a huge team player and will always put my team first. There is no better feeling then having a team as a second family. I feel very coachable and always respect my coaches. I love love love improving my skills and getting better. It is the best feeling learning new skills and mastering them. In this post season I plan on improving my ball handling skills majorly and plan to have my left hand as good as my right so I can't even tell the difference. I am always focused on the team and I am committed 100% all the time. Everyday I love to play ball and look forward to practices each day always giving 100%. I will always work hard and in games I will always be determined to win. I try to be the best I can be all the time. I play for my family, my team, and my heart.
