Personal Statement

I am 5'10" Junior from Rydal, Georgia playing primarily small forward, with playing experience at every position. I started every varsity basketball game my Freshman and Sophomore years at Excel Christian Academy, which played in GHSA Region 6-A. I am now attending Adairsville High School which will play in GHSA Region 7-AA. I was picked to be on the 2nd team All-County Team my Sophomore year. I was selected in both my Freshman and Sophomore years as a player of the month for the Northwest Georgia Tip-Off Club. I have a strong desire to continue my basketball career in college. In the off season I work on improving my basketball skills by participating on a AAU/YBOA team and by attending camps. I have attended Five Star Basketball Camp "where the teaching never stops" the past four summers. Academics are important to me so I would like a college with an excellent academic program. I am planning on considering pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, but I am still considering other potential majors. I would like to stay on the east coast but, i would be open to going somewhere else. I am also open to all divisions of competition.
