Megan Wendel '20 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am an upcoming sophomore at Indian Rocks Christian in Largo,Florida. I have had a passion for basketball ever since I was younger,and would like to further my career. I have played up on varsity since 8th grade and am currently still playing for my school. I play shooting guard. On the court I strive to be a leader as an underclassmen.  I play with everything I have and leave it on the court every game. I take my coach's suggestions and apply them. I use teamwork as one of my main strategies to get the ball down the court and into the basket. Not only do i have a drive to be the best i can be in athletics, but also a drive to be the best in the classroom. I maintain an A average and have a 3.9 GPA currently.  In college, I aspire to be a pediatric surgeon or nurse. I have always had a dream of pursing a college basketball career. It would be an honor to be given the opportunity to be a part of your team.
