Anna Hefner '21 Recruiting Profile

Basketball is my passion.  I am a positive force and a game changer on the court.  I am determined, give my best at all times, and fight to the finish.  I am not easily discouraged, but can find the good in every bad situation.  I don't let the negatives get to me, and my teammates look to me for support and encouragement.    I am very strong and fast for my size.  I am physical and can pound it in the paint very well, and I am not afraid to take a charge.  I shoot predominantly right handed, but occasionally throw in a left handed bucket. My free throws have beautiful form, and my rebounds are a force to be reckoned with.  My stats are above the national average for my position.  I regularly shoot threes in practice, but rarely have the opportunity in a game due to position.   I am strong academically, either online or in the classroom, and am a hard worker.   My goal is to continue my education and always challenge myself with development of my basketball skills, which will allow me to be a great asset to any team.
