I am currently a senior at Capuchino High School where I play on the Varsity basketball team as a shooting guard and power forward. I was awarded Honorable Mention for the Peninsula Athletic League's Ocean Division my freshman, sophomore, and now senior year. Unfortunately, I had a serious knee injury in the beginning of my junior year. Despite the injury, I have been rigorously working to get back and better than ever for my last high school season. After a summer of working on my skills on my own time, an immense improvement can be seen in my ball handling skills and shooting.

I have played AAU basketball for 7 years: 5 years with Team Hoop Mana coached by Joseph Olive and 2 years with Paye's Place coached by John Paye. I will be playing with Prospects Basketball Academy coached by Steve Hoff for my last year of AAU. With these multiple years of experience of playing year-round, my basketball IQ is high.

On the court, I am versatile which allows me to play different positions. As an offensive player, I possess the knowledge and vision it takes to drive to the basket, see open lanes or players, and read the defense. As a defensive player, I have the tenacity and hunger it takes to want the ball when defending and especially rebounding.

I am passionate and work hard in everything I do. I understand that getting a college education and participating in college level sports are amazing privileges. I hope to attain both and use what I learn for the betterment of my future and the people in my future. I hope I am able to play for your program and to learn much more from you!
