I'm Cheyann M. Clark. I am 20 years old and have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old. I am currently playing at Green River Community College in Auburn Washington. This is my sophomore season. The film that is shown is from my junior. My coach in Arizona didnt tape most of our games, so I had to use the second best thing. I also used to play for an AAU team named Shock Bball out of Tacoma. I am going into my senior year and season at Buckeye Union High School. I recently just moved to Buckey Arizona, from Bonney Lake Washington. I have been a varstiy basketball player sense freshmen year. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds. My primary postion is point guard, but I can also play shooting guard. My freshmen year I played at Chelan High School in Chelan Washington. We made it to state for 1A. At the end of my sophomore year at Bonney Lake our record was 18-7. We went to playoffs and lost in a buzzer beater game, and that lost us a spot to go to state. At the end of my junior year at Bonney Lake High School we ended the season with a recond of 19-7. We took 2nd in league and took 3rd in districts. We made it to state for the first time ever in Bonney Lake Girls Basketball histroy, but we ended up losing the first two games.Basketball is a big part of my life. It is my passion in life. It is my dream and goal to play basketball in college. I love the intensity of the game at the college level. I am interested in a bigger college but am open to anything, as long as I get to play basketball. My coaches always tell me I am very coachable and have won some awards for being the most coachable player on the team. I am also told that I am very hard working and they can always see that I put my all into practices and games. When I lace up my shoes and step out on the court, I know its time to show everyone what I can do, and show everyone that my heart is into every second of the game and practice. I have had alot of accomplishments in my basketball career. A couple accomplishments are making varsity freshmen year and being the only freshmen to make it on an all junior and senior team. I was also awared 1st team in Best of the West tournament. I can offer a team a great deal of things. I can offer my heart, leadership, hard work, drive, passion, and just pure love for the game. Like I said before my heart is always in it. I maybe one of the smaller players on the court, but I am leader.I always help my teammates out and cheer them on. Hard work is something I always do, even if its the easiest drill. I am very fast, and love running. When we run during practice I am always the first one done, and have not been beat yet. It is my dream and goal to play college basketball and even try to make it to the WNBA or Internation league. I will push myself to my limits, and then push myself past my limits so I can be the best player I know I can be. Passion and pure love of this sport is what I have. Every time I step out onto the court, nothing at all will bother me. I know I have two goals and two goals only, and that is to work hard and play the game I love. I am interested in and open to all schools, I would just like to play at the college level and play with some of the best players out there, so I can push myself to become an even better player. What I look for in a college is that it has a great educational program. I am looking to major in the fields of either business marketing and advertisement or athletic training. I am open to any school that offers the programs I have mentioned.
