Personal Statement

My passion is softball.  For as long as I can remember I have wanted to play college softball. Coaches have told me I have a "go big or go home" mentality, that I'm coachable, and that I always "lay it all out there." I am a three sport athlete so I have learned to be versatile, have well-rounded skills, and I have had experience with different coaching styles. I dedicate all year to my athletics while still balancing that passion with my studies. I can't wait to continue not only my academic career but also my athletic career in college.

Chatted with Coach Iaccino at the end of camp who expressed how impressed she was with my skills - including my ball-off-bat exit speed of 75. Asked how many colleges coaches have been watching me. When I mentioned Marian College, Coach Iaccino smiled and said she'd "be okay" with me playing for Tony Draves since she used to coach with him and he's a great guy and a great coach.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
