Hello, my name is Cassie Grigg. Ever since I was about 10 years old, I have had a knack for catching. I would catch all the time and I loved it. When it came to high school softball, I developed my skills in the outfield from the help of my work ethic and expert coaching. It was a great opportunity to sharpen my skills in the outfield, with help from the coaching of two former division one outfielders, instead of just focusing on catching. I started in right field my sophomore year and then started in left my junior year.
My work ethic is indisputable. I am a student athlete that will work long and hard to complete my IB diploma and compete on the softball field. Academics are my #1 priority. I strive to play the sport that I love while I earn my college degree.
