Maggie Crist '17 Recruiting Profile

As the only Freshman brought up to play varsity for the district and state tournaments in 2014, I had the opportunity to learn and participate in the game with upperclassman who taught me how to be a leader both on the field and off.  I took these lessons and applied them when I became a starter on the varsity team my sophomore year.  We won many games this past year, but it's the games we didn't win that were the best learning experiences. I learned to keep my head up, to learn from my mistakes to become stronger both mentally and physically, and to use these opportunities to further my skills as a player and as a teammate.  

I am looking for a program that is a good fit for me athletically and academically.  One that will allow me to continue to grow as a player while using my skill set, character, and leadership abilities to make an immediate impact on the program . I have the drive to succeed both in the classroom and on the field and I know I can be a positive addition to your team.
