October 2016 Personal Statement
My name is Kaelyn Roberts and I am in the 2018 class at Spring High School in Spring, Texas. I made the varsity team as a freshman. I was the starting left fielder and was the back up pitcher. I have been playing softball since I was 7 years old and I am truly in love with the sport!! It is my ultimate goal to play at the collegiate level. I hope to achieve this goal by working hard both in the classroom and on the field. I consider myself a very hard worker who is 100% committed to being the best softball player, teammate, student and person I can be!!!

- Participated in an official skills camp where my core abilities were measured and evaluated, I was chosen as one of the top 150 players in the nation, and was invited to advance to the national camp in Dallas, Texas.

- Our team did great in this tournament!! We made it to Sunday undefeated. Our team placed 9th out of 200+ teams. I pitched every bracket game and I had a overall ERA of 2.01. I batted .500 for the tournament.
