Hello my name is Savannah Salazar
I am 18 years- old and I have been playing softball ever since I was 7 years old. I still have a lot of goals to accomplish in my life which is my education and softball. My first goal for softball has been accomplish, that goal was to make the varsity softball team for my high school as a freshman, and start as a starter. I work hard every single day to make that goal happen and I never gave up. It wasn't easy but life is not always going to be easy and handed to you, you got to work hard for what you want. My second goal is to graduate high school and get my diploma. After that I want to go to a 4- year college that has my major and play college ball for all the four years. Then, after my four years; graduate from college and possibly continue my studies and receive my Master's Degree.
My aspirations for softball is high. I love being on the field playing the sport I love to do. I'm real competitive and work hard everyday to get better on what I need to improve on. What makes me a good candidate for the team would be my attitude. I have a positive attitude, if I make a mistake on the field I don't let it eat at me, I get over it and shake it off and make up for my mistake. If I see a team mate down I will go and comfort them, and try to fix the problem to get their head back into the game.
What makes me different from other recruits in character is that I have a great heart and spirit. I'm real easy to get along with and make new friends in a heartbeat. I set high expectations for myself in my studies. I am very studious and a problem solver. I'm real out going and real respectful to others. I put hard work in everything I do and never give up on what I want to accomplish in life.
