December 2016Personal Statement
My career goal is to be an accomplished mechanical engineer. I plan to start my pursuit of this goal by earning my bachelors and masters at the university that I choose to attend. Sports have been a significant factor in my life and I enjoy the challenge of trying to improve with each game and season. I have been taught that character and integrity are of the highest importance and that in anything I choose to do if I am not willing to do my best I should not do it. I enjoy the challenge of trying different things and this led to me playing the cello and trying the sports of track, softball, basketball, soccer and volleyball. I am very personable, a great teammate and know that the contributions of each individual are what make a team successful.
