2016 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am a 5’6” right hand pitcher from Royse City, TX and will graduate in May 2017. I have been the starting pitcher at Heritage Christian Academy in Rockwall, TX for 3 years. My pitches are fastball, dropball, curveball, change-up, and riseball. I am working on my screwball.
I received 1st Team All District in TAPPS 2A and Freshman of the Year in 2014. I was named First Team All State, 1st Team All District and District MVP in TAPPS 3A for 2015 and 2016 as well as MVP for my high school team for both years.
I prefer a college that is in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas because my family would like to come to some games, but I am willing to travel farther to play softball and get a good education. I am looking for a small to medium-size college because I enjoy smaller class sizes and knowing my teachers. My major is Early Childhood Education, and I think my best fit would be DII NCAA or NAIA, and maybe DIII NCAA.
