Hello, I am Taylor Fraccastoro and I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 146 pounds. I am a Senior at Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School in Orange, TX. I have been playing softball since I was 7 years old and travel softball since I was 10 years old. During my freshmen year we made it to the second round of the play-offs and we made it five rounds deep and just missed making it to state this year, losing the third game of the regional final series in extra innings. I am the team leader on the field and I am the catcher. I see the entire field and I like to call where to make the play and move my teammates where they can make an outstanding play to help our team. I am a chatter box and love to talk and have fun while we are playing to keep our team loose. I have learned outfield and first base and I also take batting lessons every week to make me a better player and help my team win. I split time between catching and outfield my Sophmore year and my team made it 5 rounds deep in the play-offs and finished 34-10. My hard work was rewarded with a First Team 20-4A All-District selection as an outfielder as well as First Team All-County and All-Area first teams. My travel team, Orange Crush Gold, took second place at 2012 IFA Nationals in Beaumont, TX. Last Season my LCM HS team went 32-7 and four rounds deep in the play-offs. I led my team in Home Runs and RBIs and earned First Team all-district honors as a catcher which is my favorite position. I have dreamed about playing college softball since I was 7 or 8. I hope to find an opportunity where I can play my sport my freshman year. I am ready to go. I hope to study Kinesiology or Physical Therapy and might have a desire to coach softball in college someday.
