To Whom it may concern,
Everyday i work hard and do my best at what i do, no matter what it is I go hard at it. Pushing myself is one thing but also, it helps me as a athlete to get better as a player. Having the heart to play a sport is having dedication and setting goals your wanting to achieve. My goals when I play softball is to get better as individual and also to inspire other girls to work hard to get where they need to be. Mainly from the start of softball I have pushed my self into losing weight and working hard then I have ever done. Being on a college softball team, I will not only work hard and push myself but I will also help others to push themselves when they need it, give them encouragement, motivation. I see myself where ever I go, whatever I have to do I will work for it to show that i belong on the team and have a playing spot. I'm willing to learn more and be open to what the coach has to say, and also I'm very coachable. When a coach tell me to fix something with my hitting i fix it, i listen to the coaches to hear what they have to say. Same goes for teachers or professors I listen so I can learn, I love to learn what i need to fix or to do for an assignment.
